The National Transportation Safety Board explained in Nashville on Tuesday what happened the night before, when a plane crash-landed 600 feet away from Interstate 40. Five people died, including three children and two adults. All were Canadian. The intended location for landing was John C. Tune Airport. However, the aircraft flew over John C. Tune first then doubled back. As of Tuesday, it is not clear the qualifications of the pilot or how many flight hours were behind him. A preliminary report
